aico warrants its wood furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer. please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. this warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased "as is" (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items). this warranty does not apply to aico furniture purchased from a non-authorized aico dealer.
all claims must be directed to the aico retail dealer from whom the merchandise was originally purchased, along with original delivery receipt and item serial number.
the following conditions apply to this warranty except where prohibited by law:

- frames:
aico warrants to the original owner/ consumer that the upholstered frame will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. this warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal residential wear and conditions. this warranty does not apply to aico furniture purchased second hand or from a non-authorized aico dealer.
- springs:
aico warrants to the original owner/ consumer that the springs will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. this warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal residential wear and conditions. this warranty does not apply to aico furniture purchased second hand or from a non-authorized aico dealer.
- show wood:
aico warrants to the original owner/ consumer that the exposed finished wood trim will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer.
- cushions:
aico warrants to the original owner/ consumer that the cushions will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery to the consumer. it should be noted that a slight softening and loss of resiliency will occur in all foam, polyester fiber, and other filling materials as a normal result of use and aging and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- leathers:
mia bella by michael amini and other leather products are warrantied against tearing and splitting for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the consumer. after the first year from date of purchase, this warranty covers only parts and materials necessary to effect the repair, and does not cover any labor. damage caused by any corrosive materials, including solvents or dyes; protectants or treatments not applied by the leather manufacturer; paints, and human or animal bodily fluids are excluded from this warranty. leather is a natural material. every hide is uniquely enhanced by natural features. wrinkles, scratches, insect bites, scars and other natural markings are not considered flaws. color variations occur normally within a hide and from hide to hide, as no two hides are alike.
leather warranty limitations: this warranty does not include:
the wearing quality, durability, and color fastness of leather.
any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear, or from any use for which the product was not designed.
mia bella by michael amini is not responsible for fading or discoloration of leather due to sunlight (direct or indirect) or body oils.
- fabrics:
are only warranted to the extent of the warranty provided by the fabric suppliers to aico. manufacturers of upholstery fabrics typically do not guarantee their products for wear because they cannot control its use. color fastness, shrinkage, and pilling of fabrics are not covered under this warranty. consistent with major fabric producers and furniture manufacturers, aico in its sole discretion may refuse warranty coverage where "after market" fabric, leather protectors, or coatings have been applied. chemicals in these applications can change the characteristics of certain fabrics and cause early failure, color changes, and other damage. we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
notes: the following conditions apply except where prohibited by law:
aico lighting products are guaranteed for one year from date of delivery against defects in materials and/or workmanship. aico will repair or replace defective components or products at aicos discretion. delivery receipt and product serial number are required for all claims. all claims are to be handled via the retailer (seller). warranty is valid to the original purchaser only.
please note, our lighting products are not intended for outdoor use, and should not be used with higher wattage bulbs than specified.
the following are not covered under the aico warranty:
we at aico warrant our decorative bedding to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from receipt of delivery. please contact your aico dealer if you find any defects with your new bedding. your dealer will need a copy of your original delivery receipt, and they will handle the repair or replacement of your defective piece.
with proper care and attention, you will be able to enjoy your new bedding for years to come.

Best Quality Br set, Great
I went in, got taken care really well, and bought a queen size bedroom complete set, paid it and everything came in within 3 weeks. Very fast shipping, and had an amazing experience with being taken care by one of the staffs in store. Would most likely recommend them ! Also, the quality of my bed and the furniture are one of the best quality in my eyes, Loooks very luxury kind and quality material.
